Return and Refund Policy
- Replacement of Damaged Product: If any of our products arrive damaged simply send us an email complete with pictures of the packing slip and the damaged package. SUBJECT should be the Order number on the packing slip, please include a contact number, name, and best time to make contact in the body section of the email. We will then contact you VIA Phone at the preferred times of contact from 229-421-9364, and apologize for the inconvenience. Then instruct you to place a new order while we are on the phone with you and flag the order from our end to include a return shipping label and a set of special Peel&Stick vinyl packing tape strips. Once we receive the damaged product we will inspect it then issue a refund for that damaged order. We wish that we could do returns a different way but our insurance won't allow it.
- Return of Damaged Product: If you refuse to re-order the product that was damaged then at your discretion and expense return the damaged product with the packing slip inside the package and write RETURN on the box in big letters on all sides. Once we receive the product and as long as the product doesn't appear to be used, washed, or worn we will promptly issue a refund. If the product is in otherwise perfect condition and damage was only to the original packaging it was shipped in A refund will still be issued minus shipping instead of a restocking fee.
- Return of UN-Damaged and UN-Opened Product: Changed your mind and no longer want the product? We understand it happens to us all at times. If it has been less than 12 days since you ordered the product. Please at your expense return the product without opening the package or at the very least without breaking the vacuum seal on the product itself. Once we receive and inspect the product we will issue a full refund (minus shipping and a 35% restocking fee).
- Order Cancellation: With our production policy any order can be canceled at no expense with in 24 hrs of placement (EXCLUDING FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY) 35% Restocking fee after 24 hrs or for orders placed after 5pm eastern time on Friday, any time Saturday, and any time Sunday. Simply call or text (Phone Service Carrier Fee's May Apply) us at 229-421-9364. 8am-5pm (US Eastern Time), Monday - Friday.
How Our Production Works.
Orders are taken from 12:00 AM Monday Morning until 11:59PM Sunday Night.
Monday 7:00 AM until 9:00 AM We Process all the orders and determine all the materials needed for the weeks production run.
Monday Morning 9:00 AM and 12 Noon We Order the needed Materials for the production run from our Distributors.
Monday at 1:00 PM We start our in house processing of all the needed Graphics for the weeks production run including contacting customers for the personalized design approvals.
Tuesday at 8:00 AM We start separating the Printed Graphics according to Order.
Wednesday, When the remaining needed Materials arrive we start producing our products based on the previous weeks orders.
Thursday We Finish up any unfinished products and begin vacuum packaging products for hand delivery and or shipping.
Friday Morning at 9:00 AM we drop all the Packaged being shipped at the respective shippers. After this we divide up the ones being hand delivered and Deliver them between 1:00 PM and 7:00PM.
Saturday we are doing our fundraiser work otherwise OFF.
